Working with @thebigbadlizzwolf and @stacialangdes Working with @thebigbadlizzwolf and @stacialangdesign will always bring me so much joy. I had the opportunity to work with one of the greats on a quick project for a type treatment for the El Guerrero. Sometimes I never know if these things make it into the screen or get cut altogether. I had the pleasure of working with 9B Collective, I had the pleasure of working with 9B Collective, the first Black-Owned Concept Art Studio made up primarily of BIPOC artists and founded by Phillip Boutté Jr., Mike Uwandi, and Aldis Hodge. Their goal is to provide a shift in the Entertainment landscape by working towards true inclusivity both in front of, and behind the camera. I can’t thank enough for the opportunities given to me by Phil, Mike and Aldis. This project started during the peak of the pandemic in 2020 and it was a place of solace for me in a lot of ways. Please enjoy the process of creating the 9B brand as we poured a lot of care and dedication into it. It was such a pleasure teaming up with 247 Comics' It was such a pleasure teaming up with 247 Comics' @carlchoi and @ajvargas_insta to work on the Artifact title logo. The amount of dedication they implement in the design process is truly a designer's dream to work with. I am forever in awe with the amount of talent Film I am forever in awe with the amount of talent Film Illusions Inc. and all the people involved in the making of the costumes for Midnight Angels (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever). I have the utmost respect for all the artists who dedicated their skills and knowledge throughout this process. I had the privileged of working on the surface designs and finer details for dimensional printing of the Midnight Angels. I just want to share some of the process and hope this inspires others. The research and development was extremely extensive and would not have been possible without the leadership and impeccable direction of Costume Designer @therealruthecarter. Also would like to thank @parasolka_kids for her valuable input and guidance throughout this process. Special Kudos to Karen and Nancy along with their team at By Design. They are truly the best in the industry and I will forever be a fan of their dimensional prints! If you’ve reached out to me through email, I will touch base after the New Year.
